Valerie Sanchez, CEO

For the past 22 years I have managed businesses from multiple industries in Chicago. (Hospitality, Architectural, Real Estate, Construction & Maintenance).  I obtained a BFA in Interior Design as well as a Master's Degree in Business and Accounting.  I'm a licensed General Contractor and a licensed Realtor in Illinois.  

In 2015 I saw an opportunity to create a small business in facilities maintenance and design/build construction.  Utilizing my wealth of business knowledge gained over the years and in conjunction with a great team of contractors, 1st Response Services & Solutions was born.

1st Response is a family owned and operated construction, repair and maintenance company.  Established in 2015 and currently located in Chicago, IL. we have grown to encompass the entire Chicagoland area including the surrounding suburbs and northwest Indiana.  

Our goal is always to provide the fastest turnaround with the highest quality results.  We thrive on our reputation to provide an immediate response and rapid completion of each job.
